Candy Blast Saga Level 61-80 Walkthrough: Clear the Sweet Storm Walls
Fun challenge: Replay Level 63 and clear it without opening the booster tray.
Overview
Levels 61-80 turn Candy Blast Saga from simple matching into a puzzle about order. The boards introduce awkward jelly corners, split drops, thicker blockers, and move counts that punish random specials. The goal is not to make the brightest explosion; it is to open the route that moves the objective forward.
This walkthrough groups the twenty levels into four short blocks so you can adjust quickly without spoiling every board.
Level 61-80 Route Map
| Levels | Main pressure | First move to look for |
|---|---|---|
| 61-64 | Jelly tucked into corners | A bottom match that touches two jelly cells |
| 65-70 | Split board sections and narrow drops | A vertical special aimed through the blocked lane |
| 71-75 | Ingredients drifting away from exits | A horizontal clear beside the ingredient column |
| 76-80 | Dense blockers with tight move limits | A special combination that opens center space |
Levels 61-64: Corner Jelly First
The early boards in this block train you to ignore flashy center matches. Corner jelly is the hardest to reach, so clear outward-facing pieces first and let normal matches clean the easier center later. If a Color Bomb appears, pair it with the color that appears most often near blocked edges.
Levels 65-70: Reconnect the Board
These levels often split the playfield into connected lanes. Before spending a special, trace where candies actually fall. A vertical Striped Candy is valuable only if its lane crosses the divider; firing it down a dead column wastes the setup.
Build one strong combination rather than several small specials. A Striped plus Wrapped combination usually reconnects more of the board than two Striped candies fired separately.
Levels 71-75: Keep Ingredients in Their Lane
Ingredients can drift sideways when you make matches under them. Keep the ingredient above the exit column and clear horizontally beside it. If a blocker sits directly below the exit, open that blocker before nudging the ingredient downward.
Levels 76-80: Spend Moves Like Boosters
The final block expects fewer wasted turns. Spend the first three moves reading blockers, specials already on the board, and the easiest cascade zone. Do not restart simply because the board looks messy; restart when there is no route to make a special within the opening moves.
Save any Color Bomb combination for the moment it opens blockers or protects an ingredient lane. A Color Bomb used merely to score points is the most common reason these levels fail at the last move.
Free Booster Budget
- Use no booster on the first attempt unless the level has a known opening blocker.
- On the second attempt, allow one pre-game booster that changes the board, not one that simply adds score.
- Save Extra Moves for a board where one final ingredient or jelly patch remains.
- Never spend boosters before learning whether cascades can clear the blocker naturally.
Quick Tips Recap
- Corner jelly and ingredient exits take priority over center points.
- Aim vertical specials through actual falling lanes.
- Build one special combination instead of firing weak specials separately.
- Treat every move in levels 76-80 as a saved booster.
