Merge Kingdom Spawner Priority Guide: Which Generators to Tap First
Overview
As your kingdom grows you'll juggle several spawners competing for limited energy. Tapping the wrong ones clutters your board and stalls progress. This guide explains how to prioritize generators for smooth, efficient growth.

Understand What Each Spawner Feeds
Every spawner produces a chain of items. Before tapping, ask: do I need this chain right now for a quest or a merge I'm building? If not, leave it alone and let energy accumulate elsewhere.
Priority Order
- Quest-relevant spawners first. If a quest needs a specific item, feed that chain.
- Chains you're close to completing. Finishing a high-tier merge frees space and delivers value.
- Energy-generating chains. Some spawners produce energy items — keep these flowing to fuel everything else.
- Everything else last, and only with spare space.
Energy Management Across Spawners
Never drain all your energy into one spawner. Spread taps so you can respond to whatever merge opportunity appears. Keeping a small energy reserve lets you grab time-limited chances.
Avoiding Clutter
The fastest way to soft-lock your board is over-spawning. If your merge zone is filling up, stop tapping and merge down your backlog before producing more.
Reading the Board
Glance at your open tiles before every spawn. Fewer than three free tiles? Merge before you spawn. This one habit prevents most board jams.
Quick Tips Recap
- Feed quest-relevant chains first.
- Prioritize near-complete merges to free space.
- Keep energy-producing chains running.
- Stop spawning when space runs low.
